  13.      These icons are NOT my own creation (although some of them are); they
  14.  are nice, useful, and colorful icons that previously have been "trapped"
  15.  inside 500K+ .DLL and .EXE files.  .ICO files are much smaller (you don't
  16.  have to keep a 500K+ file for just one icon!) and are editable (via the 
  17.  SDK, IconMaster, and IconDraw) too!

  19.      This first collection are some of my personal favorites.  I've also
  20.  included my FRAME.ICO -- it's a template much like the icons used in
  21.  New Wave (from Hewlett Packard).  Draw (or capture and insert) your own
  22.  icons into FRAME.ICO to create a New Wave-like "3-D" bordered icon!
